Cats never useless! NEVER! They are cute and lovely and sweet and drive you sometimes crazy. But useless? NEVER! From what I've learnt after nearly 20 years living with cat(s) is that they are very sensitive characters who are always know how you feel and act what they think it's the best way to handle. Well, I know those statements for myself. And I know the people who are talking those things. Animal-haters. They also do such comments about dogs. Never have a pet but they know everything better *grumbles*.
94 year old woman was out in her yard when the neighbor's pit bulls surrounded her and started to attack her. One dog bit her and the rest were circling her. Her cat, Tiger, jumped in the middle and led the dogs away, giving the woman a chance to get back inside. The woman was terrified that her cat was killed but he showed up a few minutes later, ok. The neighbor said that her child accidentally let the dogs out and that they were sweet and would never hurt anyone. Old woman said she owed her life to her cat.
