I am in "factoring trinomials whose leading coefficient is 1" hell. I spent an hour trying to do my homework and got none correct. Grrr. Demoralizing. So I'm going to try to watch more youtube tutoring lessons and see if I can understand it. I understood it last night. Now- it's gone.
Enough whining. Did I post this yet? If I did, too bad, I'm posting it again. I think it's safe to say here, but on Supernatural, I love the angels. They are more interesting than Dean and Sam. Yes, I love the boys too, but it was Cas and the gang that really got me into Show.

So my Mom passed away 3 years ago today. Already been 3 years? Shoot, time flies.
In her honor, I'm going to see the movie "Airplane" which just happens to be playing today. She took me to see it when it first came out in 1980. Since I was either 6 or 7 depending on what time of year it came out, I would say that 90% of it flew over my head. But we bonded over our love of satire from it. We would never miss another Zucker-Abrams-Zucker movie until they got too silly by the late 90s.
So it's not going to be a sad day. I'm not looking for sadness. I want to laugh and I know she'll be laughing along with me.

I spent almost 2 hours steam cleaning the carpets yesterday. I get home from class and what do I find? Cat yak. Grrr
Plus, hottie teacher was not there. =(
Possible snow tomorrow. I think I'm gonna take the bus, which means I have to be at the bus stop by 5:47 am tomorrow. Which means I should really go to bed. Night.

cafe_de_labeill did a wonderful New Year's SPN pic. Too cute not to shareBack from Spokane WA. 5 hour drive each way. I got there around 11am and got lost on my way to my cousin Denise's house. I made it eventually and got to see my other cousin (her brother Steve) who I haven't seen since about 1985 or so. We had a big BBQ and went to my 2nd cousin's wedding on Saturday. Beautiful! Then back to the house for leftover cupcakes. Then Cousin Denise and 2nd cousin (not the one who got married) Dustin watched a bunch of Dr Who Tennant episodes. I left after breakfast this morning around 11am and got back to Seattle 5-ish. My car can make the trip in 3/4 tank! I didn't get a chance to go into Idaho this time, but I might be going out for Thanksgiving, so we'll see.
