I've had enough

I usually keep this journal free from major rants and such, but I really can't handle this anymore.  We just had 2 more police officers shot here in Western Washington.  Both are critical and one was airlifted to Harborview Hospital.  We lost one officer on Halloween and 4 on November 29th.  I have no idea what is going on.  I am tired of it.  I've not had bad experiences with the police here and have met some very nice officers when I had my old Honda stolen or when I needed help with a stalled car on the freeway.  I know others in different walks of life have different views, but I believe that these people put their lives on the line for us.  I hate this rash of killing.  The two shot tonight are in hospitals, so I am praying that they make it.  This just pisses me off.

I heard about this on the news last night. That just sucks. :(

The worst thing is the 5 killed were targeted. The one on Halloween was sitting in a patrol car training a new officer and the 4 Lakewood ones were in a coffee shop going through email. The two officers last night were on a domestic violence call when they were hit.
2009 needs to be the end of police violence here.
