Veteran's Day 2009.  There are some celebrations around town today, but my interview is at 10, and I didn't want to reschedule since I really want to get a job here.  

I looks like it's not gonna get out of the 40's (F) here.  I guess it's time to break out my coat.  The interview is downtown so I'm not going to drive, which means that I'm not shielded from the cold.  Don't get me wrong- I love this weather.  

Again, wish me luck.  I gotta pay for the convention ticket I just bought somehow =)

It went well. They had a call that came in while I was there for half admin/sales at an insurance agency in Ballard. Fingers crossed!

I'm loving the cold weather. We haven't had our first frost yet, but we will be the end of the month. The mountains around the city are starting to be covered by snow. I love it

It did! A call came in while I was there for a full time temp-to-hire position at an insurance co. They are sending my resume over today and I hope to hear from them soon.
