Tonight's episode- solid 10 out of 10

It's no secret that I am pretty harsh on my reviews of SGA since it's my favorite show.  I was simply blown away by it.  This is up there with The Defiant one, Duet, Return 1 & 2, Doppleganger and The Shrine with the best things ever done.  Perfection.  I laughed, I was worried, I was concerned.  I didn't see the ending coming.  I was enthralled. I cheered.  Wonderful wonderful episode.   PARRISH IS BACK!!!!!  Weee!  CHUCK IS BACK!!!!  Even the few minutes with Keller didn't make me want to kick my tv in.  I really did love this one!

The moment with Keller did make me want to kick in my tv a little bit - could she lack imagination a little more? could she understand Pegasus and its wacky hijinks a little less? - but it couldn't overshadow a really fantastic ep.

This really does rank up there with one of the best, even if it did scam off Doppelgänger. I can deal with that, since I love Doppelgänger so much. Rodney was a bitch and hot with it, Shep was *beaten upon* and, so, very hot, and I just want to squish Robert Picardo and carry him around in my pocket. Also, the team bit at the beginning was gold.

I had really been looking forward to this ep for the Sheppard whump, but also because it looked like an interesting one, after a couple of *extraordinarily* ho-hum eps. I was afraid that my hopes were too high, but it really was great!

Sheppard was pure sex. And I'm not a whumper. Seeing him all sweaty and bloodied...maybe I'm a whumper at heart? Parrish in tha house! Woosley is so damn cute. I really wish that doctor was real. He needs some lovin. Rodney. Oh my sweet Rodney. He's getting hotter every episode. I really did love this one.

Sheppard was totally pure sex and I generally prefer Rodney over him, but... yeah. I'm a whumper! And the whump was fantastic! I gasped out loud.

And, yeah... maybe you're a closet whumper! :)

OMG, I howled when Shep mentioned that Lorne had warned him about the astrobiologists. You can just see John warning people against the astrophysicists in the same way.

But I know. I would happily give Wolsey some play from the cute Aussie doc. Don't even get me started on how at least she's smart and on top of it while Keller is a fucktard and McKay would never give her the time of day... but I won't go there!

I was thinking the other day. We've seem some great stuff from several characters, but the one to evolve most is Rodney, for sure. I'm just crossing my fingers that they don't regress him to "annoying whiner" in the movies.
