I'm thrilled. It was at $240k right where I wanted it. After lawyer fees and commissions, it leaves about $100k for both me and my brother. Whoot!

I got the amount I was hoping for. There was some bidding between the two parties, but I didn't want to scare anyone away. And I went with the little old lady who wanted to relocate near the beach. I have a better feeling about her and she was willing to pay more of the fees.
