Drove around for almost an hour trying to find an internet cafe that is open after 6pm without going downtown.  SK is coming from South Lake Tahoe to visit starting Sunday.  

HAMM- email me!   mercury973 @ gmail,com.  Bro and I drove down highway 9 and passed by your old stomping grounds and remembered the ducks in your yard, or as I liked to call them: "Bastard Children"  Remember when we drove around with them to drop them off at a park?

Bro and I went to San Jose to schedule Mom's cremation.  The whole shebang was $806.  Incredible.  But she left no life insurance or money for us, so this is coming straight out of our own bank accounts.  I get paid on the 7th and my boss is going to deposit my check for me.  Plus, I have 8 days of vacation left from last year and 15 PTO (paid time off) so I will continue to get paid.  

We kinda took today off.  Bro had to go lay down in the back room for a while.  I think it is finally hitting him.  I've been letting it out slowly after my meltdown in London.  I cried a little at the funeral home, but I've been ok since then.  I packed up my dishes and some antique clothes that Iugot, but that is about it for today.  I dropped bro off at a bar since he wanted to drink away his sorrow.  Bro's old Boy Scout leader came by and took us out for dinner last night and oftered to take Mom's cats.  He lives in the SLV area and Mom would love the fact that he has them.  It's that, or we take them to an animal rescue place since I refuse to take them to the pound.

All week we have had people come out of the woodwork to help out.  It's been wonderful.  Big thanks to pavaneofstars  who called this morning to check on me.  Sorry I wasn't able to talk much, but I thank you for checking in.  Looks like we'll be buying our tickets for P4, eh?  My friend SK who is coming to town might be interested.  I've been trying to talk him into it.  Watched Harmony again and bro watched it for a few minutes and wanted to know when RDA was gonna show up.  HAHAHAHA. (wrong show there)  LIke I told  rasah:

Well, it's hardly a consolation considering the situation, but if it's worth anything, you won't have to go so long without a Caral's Jr. fix once you get home again. They're actualy building one (the first in the state, I believe) here in Oly right now. If you ever wanna come down and visit for a Fan Night or something, I can take you there. I've actualy never been to one before.

But it's quite a trip. I'll have to see where I am financially closer to. I'm trying to save up to buy a house, so while I have money, I really shouldn't be spending it :-/

I did sign up for Vividcon though. Except I'm on the waiting list :(

No, way too early. They didn't annouce for P3 until a month or so until the con. I'm still viving for David & Joe, but that might be wishful thinking. Whoever it is, it will be good. I think Paul was the first announced which thrilled me to no end.
