I swear to gawd, if my neighbor doesn't stop playing "You're Beautiful" over and over again, I will go down stairs with the cat box and dump it on his stereo.  This is like the 8th time he's played this song in a row.  Enough!

He never turned down the music. I went down at 3:30 am and knocked on his door. No response, so I left a note asking him to turn down music since the base was going into my room. I fell asleep at 5am and woke up today at noon. Grrrr
