Shopping spree review
May. 31st, 2008 10:53 pm Back from stimulating the economy! Dropped the Zipcar off at the location and took the bus home. Yeah, I was lazy, but I did so much running around today! I went from my place to Tukwila, to Issaquah to Central district to Sodo to Ballard and back home. Oy!
But I did a good job. And I still have around $300 left over. I am the queen of bargain shopping. I got:
Cat food and Da-Bird toy
BTW- if you have a cat and never heard of DaBird- it is the best cat toy! http://cats.about.com/cs/playforcats/gr/dabird.htm
New kitchen garbage can *with* a lid
3 bras
2 skirts
5 shirts
A mid-length summer coat. It's white, which really isn't my thing, but it was marked down to $11.90 at Kohl's
A shredder
2 for $5 laundry soap (free and clear type)
Cute green cartigan (maternity, but who's gonna know?)
Garbage bags
3 pack pasta sauce and a jar of pesto
10 for $10 Barilla pasts (assorted varieties)
Tortillas
Fruits & veggies
Other various foods
Frozen chicken breasts
Big bag of tortilla chips.
Whew! I'm beat!
