I woke up with a dang-blasted cold this morning. Serves me right for last night. I sat on my deck and watched the leaves start to fall in the wind. And I was without socks. It was beautiful in the twilight, so I have no one to blame but myself. My boss is worried and asked me if I want to go home, but I really don't like to leave work unless I'm running a fever or vomiting. Damn me and my work ethic...
K and L gave me some money to buy some art for my place. I figure it's been a year; time to get some pieces up. This is what I bought so far. It's by Joan Miro and I think it's beautiful: http://www.artinthepicture.com/artists/Joan_Miro/blueII.JPG
I think it will fit in well with my Kandinsky: http://www.oaklodge.wandsworth.sch.uk/kandinsky.jpg

The one thing I didn't want is any landscapes. Hate them. Even Van Gogh, who does some amazing work, but any landscape puts me to sleep.
Anyone have any suggestions? I like modern, minimalistic or Bauhaus-influenced work.
