Update

I got a bid on my Mom's place in Santa Cruz.  $220k!  I'm hoping we can bump it up to $240k or even $230k.  My real estate agent said he would call me this evening.  It would be wonderful to get this taken care of once an for all.  It's kinda making me crazy; all this probate and real estate work.  My brother is no help which I know I should have known better, but it's still irritating me.  It would be sweet to finish it up.  All I would have to do is eventually go down to clean the storage locker out.  I want my charcoal drawing of my great great great (great??) grandfather who was one of the first judges in California.  His beard was mighty impressive!

16 days till Radiohead.  Dude!!!!!  Now if I can just get rid of my head ache...
