Last night was girl's night out. Went out with friends from work. I was the DD so I didn't drink but I got free Diet Cokes so all was well. I haven't laughed so hard in ages.
Plans for today-
Homework, homework and more homework. On Monday, I have my first full exam in Math, so I really need to go all out and study this weekend. Plus the teacher gave us extra credit if we want to do it- of course I'm gonna tackle it. So, it's just going to be home and house work all weekend. I'm going to go grocery shopping tomorrow during the Super Bowl since I know it will be dead.
I ordered XM/Sirius (they merged). I bought a receiver for $50 and the subscription is $10 month. I've talked to a bunch of people who have it and love it. I just hate commercial breaks. I can listen to NPR, but other than Wait Wait, Don't Tell Me, there is usually very little that I am interested in. Now I will have over 100 channels to chose from. And since its a plug and play, I still have my car's stereo that I can listen to local radio too.
EDIT- Just was going through the lineup for XM again and was looking at the Classic Alternative Rock station and found:
Party 360 with Dave Kendall Fridays 9 pm ETJoin Dave Kendall, creator and former host of MTV's 120 Minutes, as he jump-starts your weekend with 360 minutes of classic alternative party songs.
